Breakfast All In One Protein Shake

Ingredients

1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice                   
- 4 strawberries and 6 blueberries

Coffee MCT Protein Drink

Ingredients         

- 1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 8-10 oz coffee
- 1 cup ice
- Optional cinnamon or cayenne and blend

Stout Chia Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

- 1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 1/2 cup of Chia Seeds
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of date honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Mix and Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Delight Smoothie

Ingredients

- 1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 tbs of cocoa
- 1 banana                  
- 1 tbs of peanut butter (flax and chia seed)
- granola topping

Ingredients

- 1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice                   
- 1 tbs of fresh ginger

Stout Protein Chocolate Pancakes 

Ingredients

- 1 scoop of Stout All In One Performance Protein
- 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt                
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of cocoa
- 1 cup of water
Toppings: strawberries, raspberries, pecans, walnuts maple syrup and powdered organic cane sugar
